Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting one of NI's leading Law firms with the recruitment of a Legal Receptionist to join their growing team and well respected team in their Carrickfergus office.

This is a leading firm, that rarely recruits (as staff stay in the firm), making this a prime opportunity for the successful candidate.

This position is a Permanent.

The role will be performed within Monday - Friday (flexible start and finish times available). Office is based in Carrickfergus.

Salary

£21,000 - £22,000 (+ fantastic benefits & much more including salary reviews etc)

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with telephone calls and assisting clients
  • Receptionist duties
  • Maintaining a professional manner
  • Email taking, and sending to relevant person
  • Managing documentation (working on files)
  • General Secretary duties
  • Welcoming people into the Firm's building

The Ideal Person

  • Experience in a Legal/Law environment
  • Experience in Legal Support role - e.g. Receptionist/Secretary etc
  • Phone call experience
  • Professional & Well Presented
