This is a leading firm, that rarely recruits (as staff stay in the firm), making this a prime opportunity for the successful candidate.
This position is a Permanent.
The role will be performed within Monday - Friday (flexible start and finish times available). Office is based in Carrickfergus.
£21,000 - £22,000 (+ fantastic benefits & much more including salary reviews etc)
- Dealing with telephone calls and assisting clients
- Receptionist duties
- Maintaining a professional manner
- Email taking, and sending to relevant person
- Managing documentation (working on files)
- General Secretary duties
- Welcoming people into the Firm's building
The Ideal Person
- Experience in a Legal/Law environment
- Experience in Legal Support role - e.g. Receptionist/Secretary etc
- Phone call experience
- Professional & Well Presented
