Real Estate Associate - Residential Development
Location: Belfast
PQE Required: 2+ years
Term: Permanent, Full-time
Sector: Real Estate - Residential Development
I'm currently working with a leading UK law firm that is expanding its highly respected Residential Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join a collaborative and nationally recognised team, known for its outstanding technical expertise and responsive client service.
About the Team
The firm's Real Estate group is one of the largest and most established in the UK, acting for a broad and high-profile client base that includes residential and commercial developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and financial institutions. The residential development team, in particular, is deeply embedded in the housebuilding sector, supporting clients in delivering on the Government's ambitious housing targets.
The Role
You'll work closely with a team of specialist lawyers supporting both regional and national developers-including FTSE-listed housebuilders-on all aspects of land acquisition for development. The role offers significant exposure to immediate and strategic land transactions, client relationship management, and the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a market-leading practice, with plenty of scope for progression and high-quality work.
If you're a real estate solicitor ready to elevate your career in the residential development space, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-tier firm with an outstanding reputation. To learn more or apply confidentially, please get in touch.
