About the Role:
You'll be at the forefront of managing a diverse and high-quality caseload, including:

  • Drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney

  • Advising on Estate Planning and Trusts

  • Handling Probate and estate administration

  • Providing trusted advice to high-net-worth clients and families

  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, helping to drive growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Private Client experience, particularly in Probate, Wills, and Estate Planning

  • Proven ability to handle complex matters with confidence and independence

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset

  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising junior solicitors a definite plus
