VANRATH are searching for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who will join a successful company in Omagh. The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for accurately maintaining financial records for suppliers and purchase orders, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies.

What you'll do
- Accurately process purchase invoices, ensuring correct coding and approval
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
- Enter data into the accounting system
- Prepare and process supplier payment runs
- Ensure timely payments and resolve any payment queries
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Handle queries from suppliers
- Assist with month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations
About you
- Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role.
- Experience using accounting software
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential
