Project Specialist - 28k - Hybrid/Belfast (Progression Role)

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Project Executive for a leading global financial organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a thriving company that offers an amazing working environment, fantastic package and progression opportunities

This role will be Hybrid working, involving a split of working in Belfast City Centre, and working from home. This is a Monday - Friday position (Permanent).

Flexible start and finish times are also available - This is an amazing Global company.

Salary:

£25,000 - £28,000 + Progression Opportunities + Great Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support the running of multiple projects with competing deadlines,
• Monitor project plan deliverables on a daily basis and keep ZOHO updated with an accurate status;
• Liaise with offices & the client regarding project deliverables;
• Minute and action taking ensuring the relevant person gets allocated the correct action;
• Review issue logs (in ZOHO) on a weekly basis and update the status;
• Escalating in a timely manner;
• Setting up Microsoft Teams conference calls;
• Other general administrative tasks; and
• Provide concise overview of project status to all team members during a daily Teams call.

The Ideal Person:

• 1-year project management experience is essential
• Excellent project planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Relationship building skills
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work
• Desire to progress career
