About You
You will be an experienced finance professional with:
2-3 years' experience in a finance operations or credit-related environment, ideally with team leadership exposure
Confident communicator able to collaborate with senior-level stakeholders
Strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel
Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and lead effectively
Key Responsibilities
As Finance Lead, your duties will include:
Supporting the Finance Manager with daily operations
Collaborating with other leads to build structured training and development plans for team members
Delegating tasks and ensuring prompt and accurate processing of finance activities
Leading the team in managing complex queries, escalations, and credit risk
Holding regular 1-to-1 sessions to support performance and development
Supporting efforts to reduce aged debt and enhance cash flow
Preparing regular reporting for internal stakeholders
