About You
You will be an experienced finance professional with:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a finance operations or credit-related environment, ideally with team leadership exposure

  • Experience in a team Lead or Managerial position
  • Confident communicator able to collaborate with senior-level stakeholders

  • Strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and lead effectively

Key Responsibilities
As Finance Lead, your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Finance Manager with daily operations

  • Collaborating with other leads to build structured training and development plans for team members

  • Delegating tasks and ensuring prompt and accurate processing of finance activities

  • Leading the team in managing complex queries, escalations, and credit risk

  • Holding regular 1-to-1 sessions to support performance and development

  • Supporting efforts to reduce aged debt and enhance cash flow

  • Preparing regular reporting for internal stakeholders
