Job Purpose

We are seeking a Production Line Leader to join our team in Craigavon. The Production Line Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, meeting quality standards, and driving efficiency.

  • Optimise production efficiency and minimise downtime
  • Identify and address any issues that may impact production schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the line
  • Monitor the production process and ensure compliance with food quality and health & safety standards
  • Train new employees on the production line procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow

The Ideal Person:

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment
