Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison to comprehend and anticipate client and market needs, communicating with all stakeholders to establish a vision for key product areas.
• Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring a balance between scope, budget, and time to prioritize objectives and identify dependencies.
• Oversee development stages, collaborating with product and development teams to plan, execute, and review each sprint.
• Take accountability for each stage of the development process, working closely with the team to refine and enhance the development process.
• Evaluate product progress, inspecting and assessing each iteration to determine the acceptability of the final product.
• Articulate problems and processes in a manner understandable to key stakeholders, both business and technical, and facilitate the analysis and design of effective solutions.
• Work closely with the delivery team to guide clients through the implementation stage, ensuring optimal value extraction from the product.

Experience Required

• Passionate about technology and its potential to reimagine and transform user experiences, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Demonstrated experience in agile and scrum methodologies, showcasing the ability to lead and apply value and add principles to a team.
• Possesses strong influencing skills and excels in both verbal and written communication, effectively conveying issues to both technical and non-technical audiences and producing high-standard written documentation.
• Approaches problem-solving with logic, boasting a track record of excellent analytical skills.
• Capable of relating to customers and team stakeholders, comfortable challenging when necessary.
• Motivated to develop skills and advance in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in facilitating small groups to achieve focused outcomes.
• Adaptable and able to work flexibly within tight deadlines.
• Competent working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates a broad understanding of business and technology, staying aware of industry trends.
• Possesses good knowledge and comprehension of business processes, articulating them in a way understandable to all stakeholders.
• Exhibits the ability to identify potential risks, such as scope creep, and effectively mitigate those risks.
