Key Responsibilities


  • Advise clients on all aspects of private client law including:

    • Wills and estate planning

    • Probate and estate administration

    • Powers of attorney and Office of Care and Protection matters

    • Trusts and tax planning

  • Draft and review legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Manage your own caseload effectively, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met

  • Build lasting client relationships through clear, professional communication

  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals

  • Stay current with legal developments and best practice

  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For


  • A qualified Solicitor (NI or England & Wales)

  • Strong experience across a range of private client matters, particularly wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning

  • A solid understanding of relevant legislation and procedures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A professional, discreet, and empathetic approach to client service

  • A strong team player with the ability to manage a caseload independently
