About you

If you have experience as a Payroll professional and are available to join a leading accounting firm and their strong Payroll & Employee Benefits team, the following would be suitable qualities:

  • 2+ years experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office (Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills.

What you'll do

As a Payroll Specialist you will:

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining employee records, including time sheets, attendance, and leave balances.
  • Calculating and recording payroll deductions.
  • Verifying and reconciling payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies.
