Job Description

A growing company in West Belfast are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. A newly created role, you will be responsible for collecting the payroll data and assisting the Financial Controller with ad hoc finance duties.

What You'll Do:

  • Collect payroll data for payroll administration for monthly payrolls
  • Maintain the payroll system for the onboarding and off boarding of employees
  • Manage Time and Attendance system
  • Calculate overtime, sick leave, and maternity/paternity pay
  • Manage pension contributions
  • Perform general ad hoc duties

About You:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • At least 2 year's relevant payroll experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
