About the Role

We're working with a global manufacturing business based in Carrickfergus to recruit a permanent part‑time HR Manager (24 hrs/week), ideal for someone seeking hands‑on responsibility and influence within a technical environment.




Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and selection processes

  • Manage employee relations and benefits

  • Oversee performance management and training initiatives

  • Serve as the site's go‑to HR lead, working independently or within a small team




Your Profile

  • Degree in HR, business, or related field

  • 5+ years' HR experience-ideally in manufacturing or a similar sector

  • CIPD-qualified (preferred)

  • Solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law

  • Experience owning HR processes end-to-end is a strong advantage
