VANRATH is partnering with one of the UKs fastest growing food manufacturing organisations, who are seeking to appoint a Part Time HR Business Partner to oversee their Enniskillen site.

This is an exciting part-time opportunity for a HR Business Partner, to join the team located in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.

Along with the Senior HR Business partner you will take ownership for providing day to day HR leadership, supported by teams in Learning & Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition.

The role will collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner on organisational design, change management and engagement projects as required.

There is also an opportunity to work with HR Business Partner peers across the group to deliver people projects in line with the Group HR Strategy.


You will be naturally curious and have a desire to progress a career in HR, actively driving your own development of your HR generalist skills.

This role is an onsite role, working circa 30 hours a week Monday to Thursday.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Ideally you will have a broad education at a graduate level that gives you entry and influence to stakeholders
  • Your background is most likely to be in Human Resources and you will have developed a range of skills to ensure you integrate the needs of the business with a great people agenda.
  • Excellent collaborator with a growth mindset and the ability to form a strong knowledge of what makes a business succeed in its chosen markets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how to build organisation's in which talent thrives and everyone is included
  • Proven experience integrating the needs of the business with a great people agenda and ability to create an environment for growth for all employees.
  • Strong skills in leading change, project management & building relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on complex / sensitive legal issues.
  • Highly developed influencing skills combined with the ability to manage a challenging and diverse client base.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills - credible at senior level and able to challenge the status quo.
