Overview
VANRATH is working on behalf of a valued client to recruit a meticulous and reliable Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Main Duties

  • Delivering administrative support across various teams to assist with daily operations

  • Keeping electronic records and systems up to date and well-organised

  • Drafting internal documents, communications, and basic reports

  • Helping arrange meetings, booking facilities, and taking notes when required

  • Coordinating mail distribution and general office communications

  • Supporting purchasing activities and overseeing office supply levels

  • Ensuring documentation is properly maintained and procedures are followed

Ideal Profile

  • Previous background in an administrative or office support role

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks

  • Capable of managing time effectively and prioritising workload

  • Confident in using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Self-motivated, with a positive and adaptable attitude
