Office Administrator - Immediate Start - Ormeau Rd / Hybrid

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Administrator for a major company that specialises in Gas.

Full-time position - Monday - Friday - 2 days in Ormeau Road office, and 3 days at Home

Initially this role is a 12-month contract

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the administration of internal and external meetings and for a with a high level of stakeholder management
  • Collating and issuing meeting documentation, associated minute taking and follow up minutes and action management of meetings
  • Aiding the Market Development team in code modification administration including managing dates, booking meeting venues, publications and updates for circulation as required;
  • Administration of the website ensuring timely and accurate information is updated as needed, and managing any social media engagement for
  • Managing the administration of the NI Improvement Register including arranging meetings and ensuring action progression;
  • Administration of internal procedures including version control and managing the ongoing associated competency matrix for critical tasks of NI;
  • Managing the audit schedule for the internal procedures;
  • Providing administration support to the monthly market operations processes, including the billing cycle, user management for IT systems, monitoring of inboxes, voicemail and contact management as required;

The Ideal Person:

  • Experience in similar role
  • At least 3 years' related experience in an administration environment;
  • Proactive and positive approach taken to all administrative activities with an excellent attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
