Network Engineer (60k salary - hybrid)

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be working with a leading telecommunications company in the UK as they expand their Network Engineering team. My client has provides innovative technology on a worldwide basis.

The Network Engineer will be repsonsible for implementing, managing and supporting network infrastructure platforms.

The Role

  • Supporting network and security infrastructure
  • Maintenance of LAN/ WAN/ WLAN/ firewalls
  • Working with 3rd party suppliers to support systems
  • Hardware and software maintenance
  • Client visits for hardware/ software implementation

The Ideal Person

  • Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN management
  • Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet network technologies and firewalls
  • ISP and circuit supplier experience
  • SD-WAN experience is desirable
  • Cisco/ Aruba certifications are desirable
