Are you looking for a Quantity Surveyor role? Interested in working for a leading Facilities Management Contractor delivering on large public sector contracts
VANRATH are recruiting a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to work on key projects throughout Northern Ireland.
Remuneration:
£Very Competitive DOE + excellent benefits package
Overview of Role:
- Creating final account using PSA Schedule of rates
- Submitting monthly assessments to clients on time and accurately
- Liaising with client QS's and responding promptly to queried accounts
- Attending site to undertake site visits to collate measures to aid final account submission
- Providing quotes to Helpdesk and clients using PSA rates
Ideal Candidate:
- Third level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, construction related discipline or time served experience
- At least 3 years in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT/NEC
