Are you looking for a Quantity Surveyor role? Interested in working for a leading contractor specialising on the delivery of high quality commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects?
VANRATH are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a lead contractor based in Belfast
Remuneration:
£Competitive DOE + excellent benefits package
Overview of Role:
- Management of Term Service Contract for large healthcare project
- Working with on-site contract team
- Liaising with client representatives, subcontractors and Suppliers
- Preparation of Quotations
- Co-ordination of work across site
The Ideal Person:
- Degree Level Quantity Surveying qualification
- Graduate or junior QS with 1-3 years post-graduate experience
- Experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a wider team
