VANRATH are delighted to be representing a valued client that we have an excellent working relationship with. Due to increased demand for the top-quality products in a booming market, our client now have an opening for a Manufacturing Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal person:

• Engineering degree and/or Masters
• Six years in a fast-paced manufacturing company
• NPI experience

As the Manufacturing Manager, duties will include:

• Assist in creating and implementing strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve business and functional performance
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives (process improvement, lean techniques for example)
• Report monthly to management with written reports
• Lead the team in new product and process introduction
• Manage team objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
• Effectively manage team budget
