Summary of the role

Th successful candidate will successfully lead on developing services that enhance organisation wide Governance, Risk and Performance, delivering specialist support to advance the client's corporate objectives.


About you

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess a University Degree or relevant professional qualification


Experience:

The successful candidate will demonstrate 3 years' experience in a middle to senior management role* in the following functions:

  • Supporting business growth.
  • Performance management and reporting.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data (including policy and legal information).
  • Managing change or improvement initiatives in a complex and challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills to support high-level reporting.
  • A good grasp of business planning methods.

*Senior management is defined as experience gained at a senior level in an organisation reporting to an Assistant Director, or Head of a function or equivalent.
