Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with solid experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing company in the Antrim Area, offering a great work-life balance and a supportive team environment.

We're looking for a dual-skilled engineer (electrical & mechanical) who can hit the ground running in a modern production facility, helping ensure maximum equipment uptime through effective fault finding, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Supporting production with quick response to breakdowns to reduce downtime
  • Participating in continuous improvement and reliability projects.
  • Ensuring all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work carried out, using CMMS systems.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar maintenance engineering role.
  • Recognised qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across both disciplines.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
