Salary/ Benefits
£26,000 (negotiable basic) plus commission (£40,000 OTE). In addition to this, the position comes with a range of fantastic benefits (pension, private medical, free parking etc.) and is Monday-Friday working.
The Role
The role involves contacting potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule sales appointments.
Apply effective phone communication techniques and persuasive language to build rapport and generate interest.
Clearly relay appointment information to the sales team for smooth handovers.
Adapt communication style based on customer feedback and engagement cues.
Promote additional products or services when scheduling appointments, identifying up-selling opportunities.
Enter and maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in the system.
The ideal person
Confident phone manner and ability to engage customers professionally.
Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or account managing.
Detail-oriented with solid data entry and record-keeping abilities.
