VANRATH are currently recruiting an Account Manager for a leading Telecoms and IT Managed Service company at their Belfast headquarters.
The Account Manager will work with existing customers providing a mix of sales and service to each client.
Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for a group of owned accounts
- Provide service to the clients as well as upselling
- Provide feedback to the business on any customer issues or concerns related to our products and services.
- Meet and report on productivity and performance KPIs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Achieve individual sales targets and strive for overperformance.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-2+ years in sales (ideally account management)
- Eagerness and willingness to develop knowledge of products and solutions
- Proficiency experience using IT packages, ideally within Salesforce
- Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written
- A can-do attitude and an enthusiasm to approach challenges
- Persuasiveness
- Self motivated and demonstrates initiative
- Resilience approach to gaining buy in from customers.
- A warm negotiator
- Candidates with a Business/ IT related degree/ qualification are highly desirable
Remuneration:
- £26,000 basic wage (negotiable) with £35,000-£40,000 OTE (commission is paid on ALL SALES for the first 3-6 months before then having a target to hit to qualify)
