  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance with core systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ERP software.
  • Promote cybersecurity best practice across the organisation, helping maintain compliance with relevant standards.

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT queries, delivering clear, timely solutions and recording fixes.
  • Keep IT documentation up to date, including system inventories and procedural guides.
  • Support upgrade programmes, infrastructure projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with operational needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in IT or related field with 2+ years' experience, or 5+ years in a similar technical role.
  • Solid understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory, and user administration.
  • Practical experience supporting IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
  • Exposure to ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar is desirable).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and licensing management.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting would be a distinct advantage.

The Right Person Will:

  • Be proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused.
  • Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Thrive as part of a collaborative team while taking ownership of their work.
