The role

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide first line support through calls or tickets being the local point of contact for clients with IT or product related problems
  • Determine the root cause of reported issues through using appropriate questioning and techniques
  • Diagnosing, documenting and/or resolving issues by providing the appropriate resolution or following the escalation procedure.
  • Offer a first-class experience to customers
  • Spot detrimental issues and take responsibility to act in reporting these issues
  • Be able to work in a team in a face paced environment

The Ideal Person

The ideal person will have:

  • Computer Science or IT related qualification of a higher-level
  • 1 year experience in a similar or related role
  • Experience working in an IT Support environment before
  • Customer care experience


  • IT Support experience
  • Excellent communication skills - Customer focused
  • Experience working towards KPI's
  • Previous experience with one or more of the following:
    • Office 365
    • Azure & Active Directory
    • ITIL Framework
