One of our public sector clients is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to assist the Head of ICT in looking after the ICT Team that consists of IT Support, Software Engineers and Web Developers. It's a small organisation and a small team, so you'll also need to get hands on with the service desk. The organisation is looking to outsource most of their Infrastructure, so you'll play a key role in mapping this out, and managing suppliers, SLAs, contract management, and vendor negotiation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience across IT Infrastructure from first to 3rd line support
  • Excellent knowledge across IT support - including laptops/desktops/O365/Windows, printers etc
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of networks, cyber security, governance and compliance
  • Strong managerial experience - managing an IT Support team
  • Experience of supplier and contract management
  • Experience of outsourcing IT services / infrastructure
  • Positive, friendly team player
