IT Helpdesk Team Lead

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be assisting an established IT support company in Belfast on their search for a new IT helpdesk team lead. The successful candidate will be oversee a team of 12 engineers. This role is full time on-site in Belfast.

The Role:

  • Provide guidance and act an an escalation point for the team
  • Ensure SLA's are resolved promptly
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support
  • Coordinate field engineers and ensure they have required resources to complete their duties
  • Manage IT systems including Windows Servers, SQL, Networks, Firewalls, etc.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an IT support role as a team lead or manager
  • Experience with Windows Systems, SQL, M365 & Microsoft Exchange.
  • Hardware maintenance & VMWare experience beneficial
  • Relevant IT degree or certifications beneficial
