VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and growing not-for-profit organisation in their search for an ISO Compliance Manager to join their busy team and lead the organisation to ISO accreditation and manage important stakeholder relations.

The Ideal Person

  • 3 years' experience working with ISO with an interest in experience design
  • Proven ability in customer focused role
  • Prior experience in implementing and managing quality systems and processes
  • Prior experience in conducting internal quality audits
  • Proven ability to lead on all quality standards as set out by the company
  • Good understanding of business processes and strong information analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time

Responsibilities

  • Lead company to ISO certification.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures meet company standards and are in line with ISO 9001 and offer a great community experience.
  • Guide the organisation in the correct implementation of the QMS that respects our agile and flexible culture.
  • Using customer journeys, identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions, and engagements and build these learnings into the process planning.
  • Liaise with internal business functions such as marketing, IT, finance, etc. to identify business process improvements that will deliver a more seamless customer experience.
  • Regular communication with customer facing teams such as Property & Community and Entrepreneurship & Growth to identify gaps and opportunities in the customer journey.
  • Documenting SOP's that accurately meet the business needs for Quality Procedures, Quality Standards.
  • Collect, track, and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to how the brand is performing on customer experience performance parameters.
