The Ideal Person


If you've 2-3+ years' experience working in a similar role and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity:

  • Windows 10 - current experience
  • User account management experience
  • Experience in Office 365 Implementation
  • Experience with User Account Management
  • Experience with infrastructure management technology & Desktop Support


Responsibilities


As an Intermediate Support Engineer you will:

  • Respond to Service Desk calls and enquiries promptly, courteously, accurately and efficiently
  • Responsible for day to day support for end users
  • Liase directly with customers to resolve issues
  • Work on roll-out and delivery of IT projects
  • Support user account management and authorisations
  • Diagnose computer and application faults
