VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of an Insurance Calls Handler for a leading financial company (multi-billion pound insurance company), that places immense value on their staff.
Working From Home - 5 days per week (Monday - Friday all at home) - This firm offers real progression opportunities alongside some of the best benefits in Northern Ireland.
This is a Monday - Friday position - Permanent.
Initial training for this role (usually a couple days) will be in the company's Newtownards office.. There will be occasional needs to visit this office.
Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 + 10% Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package & Progression Opportunities & Salary Reviews
Responsibilities:
Working within our virtual call centre as part of our Customer Service Team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from existing customers. You will be responsibility for completing transactions such as mid-term changes, mid-term transfers and other ad hoc queries relating to existing customers insurance policies.
