The Role

The Internal Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving company revenue Growth Targets. The position includes a variety of tasks such as making phone calls, writing e-mails, using social media, and researching companies to generate interest with the potential to expand over time.

You must be comfortable making multiple calls/ emails/ LinkedIn messages per day leading to closing key stages in the sales cycle using the technology stack - Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach among others.

A clear progression path over time to a closing role with even greater rewards will happen for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Understand Push Technology products and services

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and dealing with inbound queries

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Team to achieve targets

  • Carry out analysis of territories, markets, industries, etc.

  • Exhibit a demonstrable commitment to building close long-term account relationships with appropriate level of regular customer contact

  • Respond to customer requests and be accountable through to closure

  • Own and manage customer issues through to resolution

  • Generate proposals to meet customer needs

  • Proactively build pipeline

  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting


The Ideal Person

  • 1-3 years' proven experience in B2B inside sales - ideally within Technology/ Financial Services/ eGaming/ Cloud Services

  • A solid understanding of the sales process

  • Excellent telephone manner with strong phone presence

  • Experience of using LinkedIn for lead generation and pipeline generation

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Be a team player

  • Ability to forge excellent working relationships

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A "can-do" attitude and ambition for career progression

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
