In the role you will need to be an expert in SAP/SuccessFactors and play a key part in the maintenance and support of the HRIS. Additionally, playing a critical role in the optimisation of the implemented modules.

About you:

• HR Degree or equivalent with hands on experience managing various HRIS Systems
• Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and standards

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate global People information
• Coordinate with Technology teams for integration management
• Communicate system changes to end-users
• Define and assess SuccessFactors for improvements
• Implement and test changes from H1/H2 releases
• Managing Tier 2 support cases through ServiceNow
• Recommend and implement SuccessFactors process enhancements
• Review and execute configuration changes aligned with best practices
• Participate in configuration testing and collaborating with different business areas.
• Update and manage documentation, including role-based matrices and procedures
• Establish and uphold security and integrity controls
