VANRATH are thrilled to be working on behalf of our client, they are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HR Officer. They are known global provider for industrial, plant, construction & agricultural equipment. We prioritise enhancing our client's experiences and making their lives easier.
In this role, you will provide support to the existing collaborative Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be expected to have a clear understanding of business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.

The Person
This is a generalist HR role which will provide a unique opportunity to gain experience in a HR Department whose objectives span the entire global operation. The ideal candidate must be able to apply their skills and experience to an extremely busy, fast paced environment.


The Ideal Candidate:
* At least 2 years' relative experience working in a HR Department
* 3rd Degree Qualification in relative discipline
* Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail.
* Solid administrative, organisational and communication skills with the ability to train at all levels.
* Excellent analytic skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Confidentiality and the ability to communicate at all levels across all sites.
