Job Title: HR Officer (Stand Alone)
Location: Craigavon
Salary: £32,000-35,000 per annum
Duration: Full time (35hrs) / Permanent

The Role

This is a stand-alone role, meaning that you will be accountable for ensuring the smooth functioning of the entire HR remit on-site. You will report into the Financial Director, as well as liaising closely with the global HR team members. Key duties will include:

  • Management of day-to-day people process onsite
  • Employee relations & engagement
  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Performance, training & development
  • Salary and compensation planning
  • Succession Planning
  • HR Compliance
  • Global Projects & Initiatives



The Person
Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' generalist HR experience
  • CIPD membership, or working towards membership.
  • A sound knowledge of NI Employment Law and best practice.
  • Working knowledge of HR information systems
  • Experience of producing metric reports
  • Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including Trade Unions.
