The Person
- Degree in HR Management or business-related discipline
- 5 + year's experience working in a HR role, ideally manufacturing or related industry
- CIPD qualification preferred
- A sound knowledge of the NI employment law.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Previous standalone or HR departmental ownership highly desirable
The Package
- Salary for the role is up to £40k FTE, £25k pro rata based on 24 hrs working week.
