Job Overview
VANRATH are delighted to partner with a returning client, to appoint an experienced HR professional who will manage and support all HR activities across the Company, ensuring effective processes, consistent policies, and a positive working environment that supports business performance.

What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including preparing job descriptions and advertisements, shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews, and making appointments.
- Lead the onboarding process by conducting reference and right-to-work checks, processing new starter documentation, issuing offer letters and contracts, and delivering induction training.
- Plan, organise, and deliver training and development programmes for staff, supported by ongoing training needs and skills analysis to create tailored training plans.
- Oversee absence management and employee relations matters, providing guidance and support where required, and support performance management processes to drive staff development and organisational performance.
- Manage payroll administration with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employment records and complete the Company's fair employment monitoring return, as well as assisting with health and safety responsibilities as required.
- Undertake any other duties necessary to support the effective running of the HR function.
What you'll need:
- 2+ years' HR experience in a similar role.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Competent in payroll administration and HR record-keeping.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
