Are you ready to lead a digital transformation in HR? Our client, a leading organisation in Belfast, is seeking an exceptional HR Digital Solutions Specialist to join their Human Resources team.



About the Role:
As the HR Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR Systems, Analytics, and Performance Management. Reporting directly to the Head of Total Reward and HR Systems, you will drive the enhancement and maintenance of HR IT systems, oversee comprehensive HR reporting, and develop strategic HR data analytics to support business goals. This role is crucial for aligning performance management processes with organisational objectives, promoting a high-performance culture.



Key Responsibilities:
Digital HR:

  • Spearhead the implementation and maintenance of new HR systems, including managing future IT migration activities.
  • Transform HR services and processes using digital platforms to enhance automation and data-driven operations.
  • Lead HR systems projects from specification through to go-live, offering expertise from both HR and systems perspectives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop systems and processes that improve service efficiency.
  • Review existing processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure effective management systems for recording and analysing HR data.
  • Maintain HR IT systems and supervise quality assurance tests on system upgrades.

Analytics:

  • Analyse people data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise regular HR reporting on attendance, headcount, workforce planning, and equality commission returns.
  • Collect and ensure accurate reporting of MIP data.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the annual Performance Management Process, ensuring effective communication and adherence company-wide.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of a bespoke Performance Management System.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development to align the Performance Management System with the Competency Framework and Company Values.
  • Work closely with Compensation & Benefits to align performance and reward.
  • Deploy existing Performance Management tools to frontline employees.


Essential Criteria:

  • Degree-level qualification (preferably in Information Systems, Business, or HR).
  • Minimum of threeyears' experience in HR systems,analytics, and performance management, including:
    • Experience in designing, implementing, developing, or testing HR or Payroll IT systems in a complex environment.
    • Knowledge of data collection, manipulation, cleansing, validation, and analysis techniques.
    • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with cloud HR system implementation and migration.
  • Experience in revamping performance management processes.
  • Knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite HR and Payroll modules.
  • Experience developing reports using management information software (e.g., OBIEE, Business Objects).
