Vanrath are delighted to be working with a public sector organisation to recruit a temporary HR Business Partner.
Joining a very busy and close-knit team, the ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional, with a strong background in the public sector. They will have a proven track record of delivering successful HR strategies that have had a positive impact on the performance of the organisation.
The HR Business Partner will be expected to partner with the organisation's senior management team, providing advice and expertise on a broad range of HR issues. This will include organisational design, change management, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, reward and remuneration and training and development.
The HR Business Partner will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They must be able to think strategically and be able to develop and implement HR plans and policies. The role will have a main focus on employment law, legislation and best practice.

If you have a relevant third level qualification or equivalent in a business-related subject, hold current CIPD membership and have 2 years' generalist HR experience, this could be the opportunity for you!
