You will be responsible for:

  • Employee absence/sickness management
  • HR policy management
  • Improving employee relations practices
  • Managing employee performance management cycle, including probations and performance improvement plans
  • Maintaining high employee engagement
  • Recruitment & selection oversight, including advertising, shortlisting, onboarding & interviews.

About You

  • 2+ years generalist HR experience
  • CIPD or HR degree
  • Experience working in the HR function in any of the following industries; construction, engineering, FMCG OR manufacturing.
