Job Title: HR Advisor (6-Month Contract)
Location: Antrim Civic Centre
Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 6-month agency contract to support our client's HR team at Antrim Civic Centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide key HR support and advice across a range of functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR advice to employees, managers, and applicants.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertisements, shortlisting, and interviews.
- Support with sickness absence reviews and pre-employment checks.
- Prepare HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data protection compliance.
- Act as HR representative in disciplinary, grievance, and harassment investigations.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or 2+ years' HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and managing employee queries.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
