HR Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Job Description

Vanrath is excited to announce an opportunity for a highly organised and analytical HR Administrator to join our client's dynamic HR team on a temporary basis with opportunity for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility for all users.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS.
    • Perform regular audits and data cleansing to maintain data quality.
    • Liaise with product suppliers to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Provide support to HRIS users, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and other stakeholders on HRIS functionalities.
    • Generate and analyse HRIS reports to support HR metrics and decision-making.
    • Support HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
    • Maintain accurate and secure employee records.
    • Support the selection and recruitment process.
    • Assist with the new starters and leavers process, including references, new starter set-up, and exit interviews.
    • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve HR processes.
    • Manage absence administration and reporting.

Criteria:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
  • Experience with database management.
