Hybrid working - 60% time in Belfast City Centre office - 40% of time at home.

This is a Monday - Friday Permanent position.

Salary

£23,000 (Negotiable) + Leading Benefits Package & Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support across a number of key HR processes.
  • Receiving and managing HR cases via BMC Helix, emails and telephone, answering queries and escalating where necessary to maintain the most effective and efficient service possible.
  • Maintaining all relevant employee data and files in line with Data Protection protocols and update the Firms' iManage personnel file management system.
  • Supporting the HR Managers and HR Specialist teams in the generation, distribution and collation of annual HR processes, including bonus payments and salary.
  • Escalating issues to the HR Administration Specialist as required and works with the specialist HR teams to find the appropriate solution.

The Ideal Person

  • HR Admin or similar experience highly preferred
  • Experience working with HR System software Preferred
  • Degree educated Preferred
