This is initially on a 9 month contract basis, an excellent opportunity for a graduate with one year's experience to further build on their current skill-set and take the next step in their career. Responsibilities
Our client require a HR Administrator to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will support on hiring processes for teams in all global locations.
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by providing administrative support to the HR Partner. This includes coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and maintaining recruitment records.
The successful candidate will build strong internal relationships, advising hiring managers on best practice and maintaining a sense of urgency in the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, be proactive, and have a high level of organisational skill.
