VANRATH is pleased to partner with one of Northern Ireland's best-known public sector organisations, as they seek to appoint an HR Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.
The Role
The role will support the HR Manager to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the Resourcing service within the organisation. Providing a modern, professional and customer focused HR administrative service to support the vision and mission of the organisation through:

  • Resourcing
  • Producing a range of general correspondence and ensuring paper records are filed accurately
  • Ensuring electronic systems, databases and spreadsheets are maintained accurately and on a timely basis
  • Ensuring equality monitoring information is accurately and confidentially maintained
  • Carrying out a wide range of generalist HR duties


The Person

  • Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade c or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths
  • Have at least 2 years' experience of working in an HR administration function
  • Competent in the use of Windows and other Microsoft applications
  • Experience of meeting the needs of both internal and external customers


Applicants must possess a full, current, UK driving licence or have access to a form of transport which enables them to fulfil the requirements of the job.
The Package
The role offers an attractive base of £10.63 per Hour (£20,452) and the opportunity to work in an exciting HR focused role.
