About you

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
• Able to manage budgets, cash flow and financial modelling
• Good communicaion and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced Excel
• Charity experience / SORP / Fundraising all desirable

What you'll do

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead the organisation's financial strategy, business operations, and fundraising functions. You'll be responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence, while also contributing to strategic planning and commercial development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Produce and analyse monthly management accounts and annual audited accounts
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting to the Board
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and charity regulations
• Manage procurement, payroll, and internal controls
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development
• Lead on funding applications and financial oversight of fundraising activity
• Support commercial initiatives including venue hire and contract review
• Oversee facilities management and capital project financials
• Line manage finance, fundraising, and facilities teams
