Group Financial Accountant ( Growing, Dynamic, Innovative Group )

VANRATH are delighted to be working with a recognised UK and Ireland brand in helping recruit for a Group Financial Accountant.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, the role involves preparing monthly / quarterly management accounts and related reports for a number of UK entities, leading the budgeting process, audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

About you

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Min 2 years post qualified experience
  • IT / Analytical skills
  • Commercial awareness

What you'll do

  • Prepare the monthly / quarterly management accounts to include P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and variance analysis;
  • Internal controls
  • Process / system improvements
  • Monitor and manage working capital
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial modelling
