An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional service across a busy bar, restaurant, and events operation. This is a fantastic next step for a dynamic leader ready to take on broader responsibilities within a growing hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring service excellence and profitability.
• Support menu development, purchasing, and continuous process improvements.
• Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams.
• Set and monitor departmental targets, SOPs, and policies.
• Foster a strong team culture with open communication and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and report on sales and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar F&B operations role.
• Strong knowledge of the local hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive service standards.
• Financial and commercial awareness.

Additional Info:

• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
• The role involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
