About you:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in managing a small team
- Strong understanding of processes and controls
- Excellent IT skills
What you'll do:
- Manage and develop Finance department, including all day to day operations
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, 5-year plans and quarterly forecasts, variance analysis to same.
- Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support decision making, cost control and operational improvements.
- Help drive improvements in systems and controls
- Business partnering with departments to support business growth and drive operational efficiencies.
