About you:
- Qualified Accountant
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing staff and reporting to senior management or a Board
- Demonstrable experience of producing Annual Accounts for organisations with a minimum turnover of £10 million
- Strong IT skills with practical experience of integrated financial systems
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Hold a valid driver's licence
What you'll do:
- Lead the finance team in preparing accurate and timely management and statutory accounts, including annual reports and audit processes
- Oversee and develop financial systems to drive efficiency, security, and compliance
- Ensure effective financial controls are maintained in line with policies and regulations
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Collaborate with senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making and corporate governance
