About you
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in management accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and analysing management accounts
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams
- High attention to detail, well-organised, and proactive in approach
What you'll do
- Take full management responsibility for the finance team, ensuring all deadlines are achieved with accuracy and efficiency
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and reporting
- Provide strategic financial insights and reporting to support decision-making
- Support the growth and development of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Gain exposure to M&A activities.
